FashionBar LLC and our business partners seek to transform Chicago into the fashion capital of the Midwest by advancing emerging and established talent. We want to elevate the Chicago fashion industry to a national platform by bridging Los Angeles to New York City. Fashion Week is held twice a year during the months of February/March and September/October.
Tony Long

Tony Long, the CEO of FashionBar LLC, is a dedicated Chicago resident on a mission to establish Chicago as a fashion capital. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), Tony brings a wealth of corporate experience spanning 20 years.
Having worked for renowned Fortune 100 companies such as Federal Mogul Corporation, Avery Dennison, Alcan Packaging, and WW Grainger, Tony has excelled in Marketing, Management, Manufacturing, and Distribution. His notable accomplishments include spearheading the opening of a manufacturing facility in Orange, France, for Nestle Corporation during his tenure at Alcan Packaging and implementing SAP technologies at WW Grainger. Additionally, Tony project-managed the execution of Healthcare Reform mandates and regulations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, in compliance with Obamacare and the US Federal Government.
Despite his impressive corporate achievements, Tony redirected his focus to his true passion – the fashion business. This shift led to the launch of FashionBar Chicago, where he seamlessly combines his corporate expertise with his inherent flair for fashion. Through FashionBar Chicago, Tony has become a significant presence in the Chicago fashion industry, providing a central source for business and fashion enthusiasts alike. As a visionary leader, he continues to guide FashionBar Chicago’s growth, solidifying its position as a key player in the city’s vibrant fashion landscape.

As a leader in both entertainment and fashion, Kevin Ross continues to shape the industry, leaving an indelible mark on every project he undertakes.
Tony Riviello
Business strategist
For over 25 years, Tony Riviello has led and delivered Business Intelligence solutions, from various technology and marketing roles, in both the MRO distribution (Grainger) and telecommunications industries (Ameritech, AT&T), fueling his passion to leverage data to drive business value. His breadth of experience includes the development and maintenance of BI systems, marketing campaign targeting and analysis, marketing list management, market share/economic indicator/customer analysis, and market research.
In his current role at Grainger, Tony manages the SAP BW system across North America, while leading the execution of Grainger’s BW4HANA journey
Florinda Fiore
Fashion House of Fiore & co - Producer/Consultant
Fashionista Flo, ignited by modeling for McDonald’s at five, evolved into an entrepreneurial force. In her teens, she pioneered the safety pin and jeans trend while working in her family’s deli. After retail management at Nordstrom’s and studies at Harper College, focusing on fashion business, Flo earned a Bachelor’s from The Illinois Institute of Art Chicago. Certified in Fashion Styling, she interned for VIBE and SPIN in LA.
Discovering opportunities with an Event Producer, Flo traveled between major cities, producing shows and gaining invaluable experience. Returning to Chicago, she launched her own Fashion Shows, providing Creative Direction and Consulting for Designers. Transitioning into textiles, Flo managed a wholesale fabric showroom and established the Fashion House of Fiore & Company.
