FashionBar is excited to offer two salon booth rental spaces at Water Tower Place (Level 3) on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, providing an ideal location for you to grow your client base in downtown Chicago. This opportunity allows the salon booth styling team to work full-time schedules and build their credibility in one of America’s most vibrant and progressive cities.

At FashionBar, our mission is to provide salon professionals with a dynamic workspace at a fraction of the cost of a traditional location. Our booth rentals at Water Tower Place offer you complete autonomy and the opportunity to collaborate with other established creatives in a professional environment. With flexible scheduling options, you can choose the number of days per week and hours per day you wish to use the space.
Renters are required to have liability insurance before renting a booth. Additionally, as part of our Salon Booth Agreement, we will promote your logo and services to help grow your business.
PRODUCT & MATERIALS
Salon booth renters are responsible for covering all overhead costs, including the provision of essential items required for their services. This includes towels, gowns, and any back-bar products intended for retail sale.
MARKETING
Renters handle their own marketing, but FashionBar and Water Tower Place offer assistance to expand your downtown Chicago clientele. In the first two weeks, we will create a marketing plan to launch your services at FashionBar.
FINANCES
Maximizing profitability in our space is essential. To ensure success when setting up a salon booth at Water Tower Place, meticulous record-keeping and sales tracking are crucial. FashionBar offers these services for an additional fee to help you manage your finances effectively.
MANAGEMENT & LOGISTICS
As part of your rental agreement, FashionBar provides essential amenities, including client bathrooms, basic Wi-Fi, and utilities such as water and electricity. Please note that housekeeping and laundry facilities are not included. Each renter is responsible for informing their clientele about the available amenities to ensure a well-prepared experience for both you and your clients.
COST OF OPERATING A SALON BOOTH
